Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for store credit onlyno exceptions

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. 

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached (if applicable). 

FINAL SALE (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
ALL sale items, bodysuits, intimates, undergarments, swimwear, shoes,  dresses/rompers with built-in undergarments or include undergarments, jewelry, sunglasses, bags, any item marked as "final sale" on the product page . All final sale items are marked under the item description. We will not accept returns for final sale items, no exceptions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
